Many of the changes that occur in the new Gnome look, from the launcher, the dash, etc. But this new look, not a few of us who feel confused when we use it, even in some PCs, Gnome is a little hamper the performance of our PC. For those users who feel uncomfortable in the existence of this new look of Gnome, you can compose them into a Gnome Classic display in two ways, first using the “Gnome Session fallback” or “Classic Menu Indicator” but in this tutorial, we discuss about how to use “Gnome session fallback”.
Here are the steps:
- Make sure your PC is connected.
- Open up your “Terminal” and type:
$ sudo apt-get install gnome-session-fallback
- After the installation is finished, log out from your computer account and log in again using Gnome Classic look.
- And your dekstop look will be like this after you log in.
Ok that’s for the tutorial. Thanks for stopping by and read some posts on this website, hopefully this info is useful for every one who need it. See you in another tutorial and don’t forget to leave a comment for me.
